Just as we craft every detail of our Burlesque costumes and BodySuits & Teddies with care, we’ve designed a return policy that is transparent, fair, and empowering. We stand behind the quality of our products, from daring 6 Inch Stripper Shoes to elegant Babydoll & Chemise sets.
You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
The Return & Exchange Process: Step-by-Step
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our dedicated care team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary details.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your return.
- Ship Your Return: Securely package the unused, unwashed item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the RMA number clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received at our Anchorage warehouse, our team will inspect the item(s). Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival.
- Your Refund or Exchange: Upon approval, we will immediately process your exchange or refund to your original payment method.

Refunds: Timing & Method
Your financial security is as paramount to us as the perfect fit of our BodyStockings. We use secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
- Timing: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment account (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). The timing depends on your financial institution.
- Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
⚠️ Important Conditions & Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and safety for all our global adventurers, the following conditions apply. Please note our analysis of the website menu and product nature indicates the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- ACCESSORIES (due to intimate nature and hygiene reasons).
- Anklets & Knee High stockings/legwear (for hygiene reasons).
- Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or is not in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Items damaged due to misuse or not following care instructions.
- Custom or special order items.
All items must be returned in pristine, resalable condition—just as you received them in our discreet packaging.

Follow the standard return process above, indicating your desire for an exchange and the new item details. Once your return is received and approved, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment.
