4. Ordering and Payment Terms

Placing an Order:

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and we send an order confirmation email.

Pricing:

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. The total charge includes the product price plus applicable shipping fees and taxes (if calculated at checkout).

  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• International Orders: We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and subject to customs delays. You are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Process: You must contact us at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number before returning any item.
• Non-Returnable Items: ACCESSORIES, Anklets & Knee High legwear, worn/altered items, custom orders, and items damaged by misuse are FINAL SALE.
• Exchanges: We happily exchange items for a different size or color of equal value. Standard shipping fees apply for the new shipment.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
